The reason I was emailing you was to tell you how wonderful Villas Sacbe is. I
have been going to Playa for 20 years and have seen all the changes and "upgrades"
the town has made. I have stayed in approximately 40 different homes, condos, or
suites in hotels. Villas Sacbe is so beautifully appointed and has the easiest
access to everything Playa has to offer. Your place allowed us to use every minute
we had there and with half the effort that we are used to. I am interested in renting
again for a couple of months the beginning of next year. Thanks again for having such
a wonderful place and allowing other people such as myself to enjoy it. I have told
everyone that I know visits Playa about Villas Sacbe.

Our condo was incredible. Attention was paid to every detail. The location is perfect -
safe, secluded - yet close to everything. Very charming - yet complete luxury. I've
visited some pretty nice places, but this was very close to Heaven. P.S. The owner/management
company were great to deal with. Such a stress-free trip.

You weren't kidding about the location – I do believe it is the best in Playa. A few
steps out the door and we had the pick of dozens of different restaurants, yet inside the
villa it was peaceful as could be. The pictures on the internet were great but they truly

We had a great time at Villas Sacbe. It worked out ideally for our three generation crew.
Your cleaning service is phenomenal - so thorough and diligent. We loved the big beach towels
and the plethora of other towels. We went to the beach every day - down to the Azul Profundo
and to the left, sometimes beyond the point and the pier, and sometimes in front of the large
hotel. What a great beach. Ideal temperature, right sized waves. Your bathrooms are terrific -
luxurious, clean, well thought through. I would rate Villas Sacbe a 10 for a vacation rental!
Its location and appointment were unbelievable: a block and a half to a fabulous beach; within a
block of the shopping, action street.... In addition, YOU were extremely responsive and easy to
deal with, as well as helpful.
Thanks for renting us that beautiful villa! What incredible design and architecture.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villas Sacbe. The condo was perfect for us and our guests. In addition to
having a lovely and secure setting, the entire staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The other amenities
that we appreciated having were Internet access, TV/DVD player in the bedroom (and, of course, the huge selection
of movies); sufficient hangers for clothing; excellent maid service and plenty of towels (we loved the little towel
animals!!). We also appreciated having a lock box for items that we did not want to take with us while at the beach
and touring. The grounds were beautiful and we loved the pools--so clean and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked
with everything we needed to prepare our own meals and margaritas!! :)
We can't wait to return--hopefully, next year. On our flight home, we sat with 3 couples from Spokane, WA. They
stayed at an all-inclusive in Cancun and were disappointed. We told them about Villas Sacbe and the fun time we had
in Playa del Carmen. We gave them your contact information for Villas Sacbe should they return to Mexico.
